East of Eden is one of the books I’ve heard about for years and I finally finished it. The theme of good and evil is still resonating with me. The theme of free will or predestination is one of my favorites in this novel. Not to mention I love generational epics that span histories of families, allowing the reader to see beyond the character’s current state knowing the past that placed them there. + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 + #ThouMayest #timshel

The past 7 years of school have flown by. When I think that you only have 6 more years before heading off to college it makes me have a much higher respect for the dimension of time. 💙 Being one of the youngest in your class each year wasn’t easy. Your dad and I watched you overcome your age and show us that you were right where you belonged. 💙 Your transition from LCA to Stafford highlighted your ability to adapt, to challenge yourself, and to stay strong in your faith. 💙 Watching you find your people this year has been the most beautiful thing to see.
