Who doesn’t love a good biscuit?! Just because you’re eating a low carb or ketogenic diet doesn’t mean you have to go without. Using almond flour, here’s a recipe for Bacon Cheddar Biscuits. They are even better when warmed up the next day. I may or may not even add some butter right on top when eating them.
MACROS per Biscuit
Fat | 79.4%
Protein | 17.5%
Carbs | 3.1%
2C Almond Flour
2TB Butter, cubed
1.5C Shredded Cheddar
1/2C Heavy Whipping Cream
After mixing, add 5 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled.
Distribute evenly on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool before eating.
