January Ketone Experience

 

It’s time for a special ketone experience to kick off 2019! It’s been awhile since I’ve put together a special experience pack but what better time to launch one than the beginning of a new year?

This time last year I had no idea that how I was feeling could easily be altered. How was I feeling? I was feeling tired. All. The. Time. Seriously, I needed constant naps and was always fighting exhaustion. I was feeling heavy. I guess bloated would be a good way to describe it? Just heavy and lousy and not like myself. My clothes weren’t fitting the way I liked, my skin wasn’t doing that great, and overall I just wasn’t happy with how I felt.

Then I saw a Facebook post from my sister in law. She introduced me to ketones (a drink that supplies your body with ketones & puts you into ketosis) and a different lifestyle that I just gravitated towards. I did all the research. I watched all the videos. I read all the articles. I learned quickly and dove right in. Now a year later I can say I am SO glad that I did!

In addition to losing 40lbs (and KEEPING IT OFF!), the exhaustion has gone away. I don’t need that afternoon nap or the 5 cups of coffee. Don’t get me wrong I still love my coffee, but it doesn’t drive me anymore. I’ve kicked bad habits, created better cravings, and was able to buy new jeans.

The science behind exogenous ketones makes total sense to me. The science behind a ketogenic way of eating makes total sense to me. When I put them together it was like magic. Over 2018 I did not stay in a strict keto way of eating. I slowly added back in items  that I love, like pastas, potatoes, and pizza. Yet, I’ve been able to maintain because of a few things; altered eating habits, use of ketones & keto kreme, and periodic intermittent fasting.

So, yes, I want to share all of this with you because I’ve experienced it. I know it works. I know the changes are worth it. I’ve put together a special experience pack this month for those of you who are looking to try something new that could very well change your year like it did mine in 2018.

So not long ago I found out about this app called Influenster from a friend. You connect your social profiles and answer questions about different topics regarding products. You basically say whether you like it or not. Has a place to leave reviews. And has some sort of Ebates program (which I HAVE NOT figured out yet, nor tried to figure out).

If chosen, you get sent free products to rate, review, and keep! The best part to me, was that the items are FULL SIZE, not samples. I didn’t really think I would ever get chosen to receive a box, but I did! Getting that box in the mail was beyond exciting. Since I was extremely pumped, the boxes are rare, and I love playing on youtube, I thought I’d make an unboxing video.

I received 5 full size products, well really I received 3 and my doggy received 2. Receiving free gifts in the mail is so much fun and as I’ve learned “gifts” is one of my love languages, so yes, I get joy from it, #noshame.

My Reboot Story

In January I started ketones and in March I did my first ever Keto Reboot! My transformation picture below is actually old now. I’ve personally lost over 30lbs. While I’m not trying to lose major weight anymore I am trying to stick to good habits and stay healthy, not go back to my old way of eating and thinking about overall health.

The Keto Reboots have done a few things for me:
1. Taught me about my relationship with food (MAJOR)
2. Removed Cravings
3. Broken Plateaus
4. Taught me about my own self disciple and control
5. Burned stored fat
6. Improved my skin (both breakouts & elasticity)
7. Shown me my strengths & weaknesses
8. Removed inflammation
9. Healed my digestive system
10. Gave me the confidence to charge after my goals

So I guess that’s more than a few, but you can see why I’m so passionate about not only ketones, but these monthly reboots!

The Reboot is done as a community. We grab the kits while available (JULY 5, TODAY, IS THE LAST DAY) and then all start together the night of the 15th. My Story | 6 Months on Ketones

Why? What’s the reasoning?

Those were the thoughts going on in my head this morning when I sat down and decided to go live on Facebook and share a little about my story. Why do I share about my lifestyle? What’s the reasoning for creating a website, youtube channel, IGTV channel?

Over the last 6 months I made some changes. And for me, they were major changes. Changes to how I lived, ate, displayed self control, functioned as a parent. It all started when I was sick of being stuck inside myself and decided to try a 10 Day Experience of something I had never heard of before, ketones.

I could write out the words I shared and try to describe the tone in which I said it. I could use flowery words to portray the passion and intention behind my voice but I think it’s better if you see it for yourself.

Options and opportunities. They are always around you, but are you willing to step forward and see where they can take you? I would love to connect with you and see how you can experience your own transformation by simply investing in your health and purpose.
