Full day of eating keto low carb with perfect MACROS at the end! I use the carb manager app to track breakfast, lunch, and dinner and show you at the end of the video where exactly everything landed.
I really needed a meal that would leave me feeling full and energized. I didn’t plan this. I literally just looked at what I had in the fridge and figured something simple out. It’s not revolutionary but it works.
At the end I calculated my MACROS with the Carb Manager app and boom! PERFECT MACROS!! What are the chances of that? Pretty good actually. Once you get the hang of keto, you can totally rock perfect MACROS.
What are your fave simple go to meals?
I get asked the question all the time, “Ok low carb, but like, then what do you eat all day?” What do I eat all day? Delicious food! That’s what!
For real though, it’s not hard to stay within the Macro allotment for a ketogenic or low carb diet. The way I usually track isn’t strict keto. I do more lazy keto, low carb. You can see how I track my Macros here.
So every now and then I spend a day filming what I eat. Everything. If i have a snack, it’s in there. If I drink something other than water, I include it. This particular day I had an extremely late dinner which forced me to visit Smashburger for some takeout. But even then, I found a keto-friendly option!
